The three downstairs bedrooms with shared bathroom provide plenty of additional accommodation for larger groups.

The upstairs living area is an inside out space, with two siding doors opening on to the wrap around deck. The well equipped kitchen overlooks the dining and living areas - and the view across the Esplanade. There is a Weber barbecue on the deck next to the kitchen which makes for easy entertaining. The dining table seating 8 guests will be the perfect spot to share stories at the end of the day.

The property is has very efficient reverse cycle upstairs. The downstairs stays cool, and all bedroom have stand up fans.

The fully equipped laundry has a second fridge/freezer, a cot and a highchair if required.

Serendipity is located in a perfect position - close to the Boat Ramp, and easy access to the Coffin Bay centre.

The property is located on a corner block - guests can park 2 cars in the garage, and there is plenty of street parking for additional vehicles.
