Sunset Beach is situated on the Esplanade, a short walk across the road will drop you straight onto the oyster walking trail, and then onto a secluded beach for swimming. Long Beach is in walking distance.

Sunset beach has modern furniture and appliances throughout including large flat screen TV and blue ray player, pigeon pair upright fridge/freezer. There is a deck at the rear of the property with lawn and an outdoor shower.

Have a family table tennis match in the shed.

The circular driveway allows easy access for your car and boat - and there is plenty of off-street parking.
